Annual Acknowledgement
We require all of our volunteers to take an annual abuse prevention refresher and submit a declaration. The declaration states that you have reviewed the Abuse Prevention Policy and Abuse Prevention Training material this year.
To declaration is a .pdf file that can be downloaded, printed, then signed and submitted to the church office. You could also print a copy, sign it, and submit the copy electronically back to the church office by email to to [email protected].
Finally, complete the checklist below to indicate that you have completed the annual acknowledgement and refresher process. Thanks for continuing to volunteer within our ministries at Dryden Full Gospel Church!
