Ablaze Youth Conference 2024

Our youth are the next generation of Christ-followers and leaders. In a world where there is a battle for their attention in every direction they can go, there is a need to invest time, energy, and love into their lives to help them navigate this chaotic world.
That's why we felt called to bring to life an event for our region that will help them experience God in a new way. Throughout this weekend, our goal is to bring the youth of Northwestern Ontario to a place where they can freely worship God and meet with Him, all while discovering more about themselves and meeting new young believers that they can share their lives with. If you are in grades 7-12 (ages 12-18), join us at Dryden Full Gospel Church September 20-22, 2024 for our Ablaze Youth Conference. Youth leaders are invited to come and connect with the young people and other leaders within our region! Our theme, Thirsty, is set to focus on the important role that Jesus has in sustaining our lives. Only when we come to him and drink in the grace that he has for us can we truly quench our thirst. In addition to times of worship and hearing from our speaker, there will be opportunities to connect with new friends through other fun activities and events on Saturday. Early bird pricing has ended, so the cost to attend the conference will be $60. This includes breakfast, lunch, and supper on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. You can register at the door, but we would love for you to register now so we can plan meals accordingly. If you know someone in Dryden that you can stay with during the conference, amazing! Otherwise, you can book a hotel or we are working on making arrangements to host students at our church - we don't want accommodations to be a barrier that prevents you from attending and would love to work with you to find a solution! We also have shirts available again for the conference. You can purchase a shirt at the conference for $25. This page will be home to information updates about the coming conference. Our guest speaker this year, Rhythm Knowler, is an alumnus of Eston College. Rhythm is the Neighbourhood Program Facilitator at Riverwood Church in Winnipeg where she was born and raised. She is passionate about seeing young people experience God and helping them to understand that He loves them as they are when they come to Him. We are super excited to have Rhythm joining us for the conference this year!
Deeper Life Ministries out of Strasburg, SK will also be collaborating with Eston College from Regina, SK to provide us with a team for worship during the weekend. This team is involved in camps and prayer and worship ministries throughout Saskatchewan, including the Praire Worship Collective. The students from Eston College will be coming to be involved in ministry as a hands on part of their Biblical education. We are really excited for these groups to be a part of what God is going to do this September!
